Adjustment requests are increasing, but your approach is unclear or inconsistent.
Performance concerns continue, and usual management strategies are not working.

YOUR FACILITATOR & PARTNER
Neuroinclusion Consultant with expertise in leadership development, culture change and workplace practice.
I work with executives, HR and WHS teams to embed neuroinclusion across the employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and wellbeing.
WHY ME?
I built a successful and diverse corporate career, progressing into senior roles within large national and multinational organisations. I moved from marketing and brand leadership into learning and development, organisational culture, leadership development and coaching.
On the surface, I was a high-performing leader who continued to succeed, progress and take on more responsibility. But none of it was easy behind the scenes. Much of my career was shaped by overwhelm, emotional intensity, anxiety and periods of burnout. I was achieving, but often at a significant personal cost, without fully understanding why work felt so difficult or what I needed to perform at my best.
My son’s diagnosis of AuDHD and my own journey to owning my neurodivergence have helped me make sense of those experiences.
Today, I bring together my lived experience, the breadth of my professional experience and in-depth study of neurodiversity at work. My approach is evidence-based and practical. I translate research into clear workplace actions that help organisations create environments where neurodivergent people can succeed without sacrificing their wellbeing.
